Just Dancing Studio's opened for business over the weekend of the 14th & 15th January 1985, at Permic House, in Brampton, Chesterfield, S40 1ER.

It snowed heavily, despite this, to our delight many people came to visit and enrol for the classes.
The studio's were a magical place where the outside world could be forgotten and the pupils could lose themselves in the music and dance.
We had many complaints and compliments alike on a summers evening from the neighbours about the level of children's singing voices! Permic House was special to all the children who attended the classes, we had so many parties, laughter would ring through the factory sandwiched between the 3 studio's, it was a family, we were a family.
Permic House closed in April 2000, and Just Dancing continued in the area's around Chesterfield, Holymoorside, Barlow, Brampton, Poolsbrook, Staveley, Ashgate, Wingerworth and Claycross,
Today 2006, Just Dancing is still very much alive, moving forwards. Classes are held in Wingerworth, Ashgate, Brampton, Staveley, there is always something happening, always fun!
